Löneratorn

2013

I was hired by communication agency Pixelpitch to help develop a concept and visual design for Swedish union “Unionen” and their campaign “Löneratorn”. The goal of the campaign was to give insight in what you as an employee should earn depending on profession, experience etc, as well as give advice on how to negotiate salary with the employer.

Below are an early pencil sketch of how I saw the "machine" could look and function, but eventually we went for a more flat design of the functionality. Not to say the the design itself was flat, but you know what I mean, I hope.

In the light of the past years of flat design and non-skeuomorphic aesthetics, it was super-fun to actually be able to bring out those FPS-paintbrushes and scratched metal plate-looks 😇
